Established in 1998, Neil Rowson’s vision was to build a highly professional team of tradespeople with a focus on customer service and is very proud to be awarded the 2015 Inaugural Customer Service Award from the Master Plumbers & Gas Fitters Association of WA.

MEET THE TEAM
Neil started in the plumbing industry in 1978 and is a Licensed Plumbing Contractor with International and Australian experience. Neil is the proud owner of RPS which was established in 1998 in Western Australia. Neil liaises with our valued clients and maintains ultimate responsibility for all management decisions and overall company performance.
Lawrence started his career in the industry in 1992 and worked as our Plumbing Manager for many years. Recently Lawrence was promoted to Operations Manager and handles the day to day operations for corrective and preventative maintenance ensuring the appropriate trades are provided to client works to meet our client expectations.
Daniel started his career in the industry in 2004 bringing with him a wealth of experience in several trades. Through his long term career with Rowson's Daniel has become a leading key member of our team with a focus on ongoing training, mentoring and guidance to be provided to all employees. Daniel is responsible for the daily supervision of our plumbing team, quoting, scheduling and providing support to management.
Jo started working in office management in 2004with total focus on client relations. Jo is responsible for managing the day to day administrative tasks including financial control, back office software applications, recruitment and human resource management. Jo has an experienced support team who are required to focus on delivering the highest client service at all times.
